Our team will review and confirm whether your item is eligible. If approved, we’ll share return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.
If you received the wrong item or it arrived damaged, let us know within 48 hours with clear photos. We’ll replace it or issue a refund at no extra cost.
