Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after approval.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take additional time for the credit to appear.
Refunds will not be granted for:
Items returned used, damaged, or without original packaging
Products purchased on final sale
Delays caused by courier services
Custom-made or personalized items
Beauty and personal care items that have been opened or used
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After that, the order may already be in processing and can no longer be canceled.
We currently do not offer direct product exchanges. If you want a different item, please request a return and place a new order.
